The OSI Group is a food processing company based in the United States. McDonald’s cultivated associations with more than 150 fresh beef suppliers, but after cryogenic food processing emerged in the latter part of the 1960’s, OSI parlayed the use of the innovative process into being one of four companies to be McDonald’s fresh ground beef suppliers.
