– Marcelo de Araujo Noronha is 52 and is the youngest candidate. He handles car processing.
– André Rodrigues Cano is a 59-year-old human resource officer.
– Josué Augusto Pancini handles the large accounts and has done so since 1975. He is in his fifties.
– Octavio de Lazari is the insurance man of the bank since he began in 1978. He is 54 years old.
Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi will return to his duties when the choice is made in March. He went to school at Faculdade de Filosofia for his undergraduate degree. His masters was received from the Fundacao Escola de Sociologia E Politica. He was just 17 when he received his job at the bank. Trabuco is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bradesco which is one of Brazil’s largest banks. He worked as a clerk and soon moved through the ranks, working over a period of 15 years before he could become the bank’s marketing director.
